The fictitious documentary City of Kroy tells the story of a city whose memories materialize in the form of dust. This “memory-dust” infringes upon the city’s inhabitants, thus forcing them to create new movements in the urban space.

The film consists of documentary takes, interviews, performances and interventions in urban space and the poetical narration of a voice-over. Based onto the post-9/11-reality of New York, City of Kroy procreates a parallel world where collective memories, facts, daily actions and mythical structures merge.
